These are provisional terms for an invited development pilot, including Ace. Commercial service terms, the legal operator identity and applicable jurisdiction will be finalized before broader client deployment.

The development pilot

Alts provides assistants within supported messaging platforms for participating organizations. Features depend on installation permissions, platform capabilities and your organization's configuration. The pilot is under active development: replies may be manually prepared, delayed or unavailable, and features may change.

Authorized use

Use the assistant only where your organization and the conversation administrators have authorized it. Respect other participants and applicable platform rules. Do not use it to harass others, impersonate people, obtain unauthorized access, distribute unlawful content or evade access restrictions. Do not submit content that you lack permission to share.

Messages and privacy

To provide and test the pilot, Alts needs to process submitted messages and relevant conversation metadata as described in the Privacy notice. Authorized developers may review pilot messages and prepare replies with developer assistance tools. You retain any rights you have in your content. Ensure you have authorization before sharing your organization's or another person's information.

Check responses before acting

Assistant responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important information and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed. The pilot is not intended for emergency services or decisions that require guaranteed accuracy, availability or a qualified professional. You remain responsible for actions you take using a response.

Availability and access

Alts or your organization may pause the pilot or revoke access, including for misuse or operational problems. Messaging platforms and other providers may change their services or limit access. Do not rely on this pilot as your sole source of essential information or business records.

Client agreements and future terms

Any separate agreement with your organization remains applicable. This draft does not set pricing, service levels, liability limits or governing law. Those details require an agreed client contract and finalized terms before commercial deployment. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
